Birthplace is right, but - recorded as 10 years too young (which also happened in 1911 too), and appears to be married probably to the person she is with on the census (both noted as visitors). This was "Arthur Harbut" (bn Manchester) age 49 (no-one that we know - and there is no Arthur Harbut/t born that early in the UK))

Her birthdate is 8 years on in 1901 census, so maybe this is her .. but who is the Arthur??14
